Is There Really Hope???
Lately I've been hearing a lot about loan modifications & keeping people in there homes, Well it has been brought to my attention by a few of my clients who are trying to stay (KEEP) there homes by calling there lenders & try to modify there loans so that they may keep there homes. Again brought to my attention the lenders are saying that they don't make enough to qualify for the modification. Can someone explain to me because I'm not getting it. If you don't make enough to stay in your home whether adjustable loan or laid off or even just feeling the pinch with this reccession. Isn't this all about trying to keep you in your home??? Then they want to charge you $2,000 for app fees & if not excepted they will refund half. What a flees of the whole system. Is there really HOPE???
